League Constitution
Format, scoring, fees, payouts, drafts, rosters, and league law.

Scoring
- 0.5 PPR with no TE premium.
- Passing: 1 point per 25 yards, 4 point passing TDs, -1 per interception.
- Rushing/receiving: 1 point per 10 yards and 6 point TDs.
- Returns: 0.5 per 10 punt/kick return yards, 6 point return TDs, -1 return fumble.
League Fees
- $100 per year, sent to AJ by August 1.
- Once fees are paid, the money belongs to the league.
- No refunds are issued if an owner chooses to leave.
- Failure to pay or communicate near the rookie draft can result in forfeiture.
Drafts
- Startup draft is snake.
- Startup order is set by initial randomized order.
- Annual rookie draft is 4 rounds, linear, with no time limit.
- Draft takes place within 2 weeks of the NFL Draft completion.
- Future draft pick trading is allowed.
- Non-playoff draft order is reverse Max Points For.
- Lowest Max PF receives 1.01, second-lowest receives 1.02, and so on.
- Playoff team picks are determined by final playoff standings.
Trades
- Trades are open until the Week 12 trade deadline.
- Trades re-open after the fantasy championship.
- Accepted trades process automatically without league vote.
- Commissioner veto is reserved only for obvious collusion, with league poll consultation.
- Future picks can be traded only for years already paid by the owner trading them away.
FAAB & Waivers
- Each team receives $100 FAAB.
- FAAB resets after the championship.
- Waivers lock after the championship through the annual rookie draft.
- Daily offseason waivers run after the rookie draft if all teams are claimed.
- All transactions lock if there is an orphan team until that team is filled.
Playoffs
- Playoffs include 6 teams and start in Week 15.
- Seeding is determined by record, with Points For as the tiebreaker.
- Round 1: seeds 1 and 2 get byes; seed 3 plays 6 and seed 4 plays 5.
- Round 2: seed 1 plays the 4/5 winner; seed 2 plays the 3/6 winner.
- Championship is a one-week matchup in Week 17.
Payouts
- 1st place: $1000.
- 2nd place: $200.
- Payouts are allocated immediately after the fantasy championship.
Tanking is allowed. Bad lineups are not.
Tanking through roster construction and long-term strategy is allowed, but every owner is expected to set the best starting lineup possible. If that is clearly not happening, the commissioner will issue a warning. Continued failure may result in the commissioner editing the roster.
Do not cut valuable players to force a tank. Trade them.
Standings
- One head-to-head matchup per week.
Commissioner Role
- The commissioner may remove a manager after league poll approval for rule-breaking, lack of engagement, or poor sportsmanship.
- Departing managers are responsible for finding an approved replacement to receive a refund.
- Every offseason, the commissioner opens discussion for league amendments.
- Valid suggestions go to vote unless the commissioner exercises a veto.
